Urteilsplatz Lahr

When the sea pulls back on itself, it leaves tracks in the sand. The design of the Urteilsplatz square in Lahr follows this pattern. Precious stones were laid, trees planted and luminous fountain elements integrated. The finished square looks like a ballroom. It connects medieval and modern buildings in the heart of the city at a traditional, solemn, spacious center space.
